POP UP SHOP AT SHELL'S BISTRO featuring CHIRP by BSIXTEE6

The men's clothing and accessory line Chirp by Bsixtee6 will be participating in the Holiday Pop-Up Shop at Shell's Bistro located at 2150 5th Avenue (132nd Street) in Harlem, NY on Tuesday, September 19th 2013 from 7-11pm.

The Pop-Up Shop will also feature Shoe Designer "AuthenticbyJohnAshford, an art show by Photographer Don Whitley, Musical Performance by the the incomparable Annette St.John and some additional vendors as well.

Admission: $7.00

MODEL SPOTLIGHT: MIGUEL CARRERA

I had the privilege of photographing Miguel Carrera yesterday. The 21 year old, 5'10 Model and Fitness Trainer from NYC has become quite accomplished at such a young age. 

He has a fitness book entitled "The Anatomy of Muscles" that is dropping this Fall 2013. 

He has also worked for Kai D. Utility, a NY Artisan designer, and Vint and York eyewear, a NY vintage eyewear company. 

He expects to be signed to a modeling agency shortly so I feel really fortunate that I was able to shoot him.

New Watch Collaboration From Bsixtee6 and Charles Dumont

Bsixtee6 continue their ongoing collaboration with watch maker Charles Dumont. They recently created this classic, clean face, water and shock resistant watch with zipper band and metal D-Ring and clasp closure. The watch band is hand sewn with contrasting or matching thread and retails for $60.00

BSIXTEE6 GOES TO THE MOVIES

Clothing Designer Briian Dargon's  hand sewn "FLY" tee will be featured in the forthcoming film "The Incredible Defeat of Mister & Pete". The film stars Academy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson, the formidable Jeffrey Wright and the Über talented Anthony Mackie. 

The film is already garnering Oscar buzz and is a favorite among critics who have viewed it.

A special shout out goes to the lovely and talented Stylist/Designer Charlese "Chay"Jones for reaching out and getting the piece in the film.
