I had the privilege of photographing MC/Singer/Songwriter U'Kno Tha Don recently. Check out his "Hello Hollywood" music video above.

MODEL SPOTLIGHT: MIGUEL CARRERA

I had the privilege of photographing Miguel Carrera yesterday. The 21 year old, 5'10 Model and Fitness Trainer from NYC has become quite accomplished at such a young age. 

He has a fitness book entitled "The Anatomy of Muscles" that is dropping this Fall 2013. 

He has also worked for Kai D. Utility, a NY Artisan designer, and Vint and York eyewear, a NY vintage eyewear company. 

He expects to be signed to a modeling agency shortly so I feel really fortunate that I was able to shoot him.

New Watch Collaboration From Bsixtee6 and Charles Dumont

Bsixtee6 continue their ongoing collaboration with watch maker Charles Dumont. They recently created this classic, clean face, water and shock resistant watch with zipper band and metal D-Ring and clasp closure. The watch band is hand sewn with contrasting or matching thread and retails for $60.00

BSIXTEE6 GOES TO THE MOVIES

Clothing Designer Briian Dargon's  hand sewn "FLY" tee will be featured in the forthcoming film "The Incredible Defeat of Mister & Pete". The film stars Academy Award Winner Jennifer Hudson, the formidable Jeffrey Wright and the Über talented Anthony Mackie. 

The film is already garnering Oscar buzz and is a favorite among critics who have viewed it.

A special shout out goes to the lovely and talented Stylist/Designer Charlese "Chay"Jones for reaching out and getting the piece in the film.

Hace años ,en unos de mis viajes a Nyc,tuve la suerte de conocer a Briian Dargon en una presentación de una de sus colecciones de su marca Bsixtee6,y la verdad que me quede prendada al ver su ropa y accesorios…

El ,encantado acepto a responder a unas preguntas sobre el y su marca..

S.Desde cuando tienes la marca?

B. Desde el 2002

S.¿por que ese nombre y como comenzó todo?

B. Pues el nombre por la fecha de mi nacimiento y ya desde muy pequeño siempre me encerraba en mi habitación a crear,también recuerdo que mi madre y mi tía tenían muy en cuenta la moda y las tendencias…

S -Cuando haces las colecciones que buscas¿quien es tu publico objetivo?

B Todo tipo de publico,mi enfoque no es a nadie en concreto,hago ropa para que pueda ser usada año tras año,que no pase de moda.Yodiseño   lo que siento,hago cosas diferentes sin parecerme a nadie.

S ¿a parte de ropa ..que mas haces?

B. Pues he editado un libro,también me dedico a la fotografía,yo mismo hago las fotos a los modelos ,por que se realmente lo que quiero expresar.
